Order Form: While we offer easy check-out on the Indoor Swing Trainer and Outdoor Swing Trainer pages, we find some customers prefer to submit an order utilizing the Customer Order Form below. On receipt of the Customer Order Form, we will respond with an order number and ask any additional questions needed to complete shipment of the order. We will then send an invoice to your paypal email address (if included) for payment.
