Customer Service: For customer questions or inquiries please contact Dave by email at dbell@neb.rr.com or by one of the following ways listed below. For a tour of our plant please contact us for an appointment.
Questions: We prefer questions be directed to dbell@neb.rr.com. We respond to e-mails 2-3 times daily. On orders, we will respond with a order number and ask questions as needed to complete the order.
We have Four ways to place an order! To order a new Acer Swing Trainer please go to the Indoor Swing Trainer and Outdoor Swing Trainer pages for checkout! You may also order by using the Order Form, calling our phone number below or also by emailing Dave at dbell@neb.rr.com.
Payments: Payments are accepted at www.paypal.com and addressed to dbell@neb.rr.com. PayPal has worked very smooth for us and allows us to ship sooner. Customers are encouraged to send the order information in the PayPal message that is forwarded to Acer Swing Trainers from PayPal or by emailing me directly at dbell@neb.rr.com.
Payment Options: We accept payment on our site or by paypal, cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks.
Shipping: We ship most orders within two business days via USPS Priority Mail from Platte Center, Nebraska. Most orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days from shipment.
Invoice on Request: We will gladly invoice you through paypal on request. Please email your desired swing trainer, shipping address and paypal account email address to dbell@neb.rr.com and we will invoice the same day.
Custom Swing Trainers: On customer request we will assemble swing trainers with different weights, grips and lengths. There may be an added charge depending on the time needed for the assembly. We maintain Golf Pride, Winn and Lamkin golf grips in stock and those grips can be assembled for a minimal charge. These are not trainer grips but regular men's and ladies grips.
Plant Tours By Appointment: Yes, we provide tours on request. Please contact Dave to set up a tour. A typical tour is approximately 30 minutes.
